We are getting closer to the truth. Richard's parents, sisters, and friends do not believe he committed suicide. We believe that the senior directors involved do not have any evidence to prove Richard had any involvement in writing the anonymous documents. It now cannot be ruled out that a third party may have been involved in signing the alleged suicide note. The police decided very early on in their investigation that the death was a suicide. The pathologist conducted the post mortem based on the fact that the death was not suspicious. He did not carry out a forensic post mortem. The Coroner did not consent to the police report being passed to the health and safety team. As a result they did not know the death was related to work and therefore did not do any investigation.
